Scarlett Witch all the way!!! I think that she is the best 4* in the game with her SP2, her buffs and all of her debuffs and nullifies. I love it when she stuns, power locks, or power drains them then you can back them up and spam your heavy attack. Can get some massive combos, fun times.
I will gladly pay 6000 units for a duped 5* version of her.
