Did you secretly nerf Courage mastery ?

I very well remember it was 30% boost for 3 points when below 50% health , but now it only maxes at 20%

Seems like a silent nerf ? Or was there an announcement I missed ?

No one remembers it being 30% boost ? I think one should of brian grants vid should have previous version , if it hasn’t changed
