Well it will not be bad to have one more 4* Crystall betwen lvl 25 and 60, lets say lvl40

People that don't deserve a 6* shouldn't have one. That's it. I said it. If you have one or almost have one then you deserve one, but I see so many players at lvl 60 that aren't uncollected yet. 6*s are either for skilled players or spenders.
