How good is Mister Sinister 5*?

I’ve pulled M Sinister from a 5 star crystal and was wondering if he is good and I’ve broken my bad luck or another junk 5*? I’ve only seen him with lots of nodes and people don’t seem to talk about him?

I also got Mr Sinister as a 5 star a few weeks ago. I heard he’s mostly good for defense because of his regen and debut transferring abilities. As for attacking, he’s decent. 100% ability accuracy, degen, stun, and power leech are good.
