Bug in Alliance War vs Thing need ticket created

So at first I thought I was losing my mind but luckily I have video evidence. I loaded the web foam with stealth spider man before my fight with thing and once the fight starts it says flash bang loaded and tacks on a vulnerability buff. Everyone knows that debuff is worthless vs thing and you need the slow to prevent his unstoppable. Please fix and provide compensation as I would have not died in this fight had the correct debuff that I chose been loaded
