Cull obsidian

I just pulled him from featured 5*. I read that he was nerfed. But prob still good? Is he worth taking to rank 4?
Does he needs synergies to be good too?

He needs To duped and some synergies to be even better

He is a very good champ even unawakened. His sig ability matters in long fights, because you can get multiple rout buffs as opposed to just one when he is unawakened. But for most fights, you would never get to the second rout buff anyway. I depends on what level of content you need him for, really.
