Composite Construction is not working as intended

This node is not working as intended. It's not giving only tech champs ability accuracy reduction immunity, it gives every champ in variant 3 this immunity.
In Chapter 1 Quest 2 , Quake doesn't imply any concussion in All Or Nothing path.
In Chapter 2 Quest 2 , Quake doesn't imply any concussion in Biohazard path.
In honho's video as we can see even Archangel imply 5 Neurotoxin, Magik's limbo still can't be shut down.
