Title I didn’t find a link to it anywhere. please help

It’s in the most recent BOX-STYLE “Administrator Post” (which are above all the regular List-Style Posts, both Purple announcement and Summoner created).

Note, within that entry page it says “week 3” but it is really for week 4 (you can tell because of the Contenders listed to Duel)
