Please fix dr.octorpus ability life steal at 100% chemystri . In arena him active , but in quest him not active

You are probably unaware of how it works. The ability works when the opponent is healing (for example, the +5 healing you often see in the arena). In quests, the opponents don't have that mastery, so you can only test it when the opponent gets any heal
