No he doesn’t, in questing he can do any buff heavy fight with ease, he’s a specialist, but in the fights where he’s great, he is absolutely obsurd

Great utility and damage in fights where he's good. I have him maxed and he demolishes anything with buffs

I have him 4 star duped, to me he's weak, his specials 1 to 3 take forever to fill, and he doesn't show much. My opinion
