I was just wondering who is the best champion in every aspect of the game in terms of utility when it comes down to AQ,AW,SQ etc..

There really isn't a "best for everything" champ. Utility? Get voodoo
Bleed? Get gwenpool
Ability accuracy reduction and debuff damage? Archangel
Raw damage? SL
Power control? Vision

I could go on. Point is, it really depends on what you need

In all seriousness I agree with Whododo872, it depends on your needs. From the list you provided I only have Magik, Dr. Voodoo (unduped) and unduped SL. I'll have to go with Magik though.
