Unable to collect the right amount of ISO.

I'm grinding for iso and all I can get is the ISO from the chests I collect, all the ISO I get from winning fights I dont get them at the end, I'm sure of this problem in act4. Please sort this problem out, I have champions to upgrade and I can use all the ISO I can get Kabam.
