Who should I use for Variant 3?
5* Modok R4 Sig 92
5* IMIW R4 Sig 43
5*Spidey Stark R4 (unduped)
5* Red Skull R3 Sig 20
5* Ultron R3 Sig 20
6* Yondu R1 (unduped)

Also have 5* Hype R4 max sig, 5* AA R4 sig 100, 6* Sinister R1 (unduped) and 5*Blade R4 (unduped)

5* Spidey Stark R4 (unduped)
5* Red Skull R3 Sig 20
5* Ultron R3 Sig 20 < Bleed Immune vs. Colossus

#5 you have some options
Miles Morales for stun-lock Starky
Hyperion for Kang
Blade/AA for damage.

Those champs are more than capable of an initial clear, easy path.
