Hello Kabam. I think you made an awesome game. Its really enjoyable. You could make the loading time quicker, but the is the only downsight.

    The loading times are faster on newer devices and iOs devices. If your loading is slow then most likely it will never change from that, since the game isn't optimized on android devices

    The loading time can be one or two issues the strength of internet connections on the player’s part or on Kabam’s servers part there really no telling but usually they will notify us when they are doing server maintenance on their part.
