Parry bugs still haunting us

Recently I am facing this issue with parry. Though not an end game player. I know how to parry and after more than 4 years of playing all of a sudden I can't be so bad at parrying. Something is really wrong.

I have same issues. Parrys that should definitely be parrys arent stunning opponent. Which I have a bad habit of letting my block down to start my combo and I end up taking a combo bc parry didnt work as suppose to
