-At the start of the fight, opponents lose 15% Ability Accuracy. Whenever one of Domino’s abilities fails to trigger, she gains +10% Ability Accuracy for 8 seconds.

Is Probability Field works I believe no and if it works then there should be timer for Probability Field Passive.

Your title makes no sense. It is all RNG based, there is no evidence of a nerf.

You're accusing an entity of doing something they've explicitly stated they wouldn't do, why shouldn't that be supported by something? Maybe a better title would've been something like "anyone else notice Domino's crit bleeds triggering less" that is more accurate to the content of the post.

I get crit bleeds all the time, a couple weeks ago I had a 3 critical bleed SP2, that is how statistics, ie RNG, works.

I know this very well but it can't affect the RNG it can only affect the amount of damage dealt.

you are jumping all over the place with this, it is not following. Her damage can fluctute wildly, it is her thing, it determines if the bleed was a crit, if the damage for the bleed was a crit, if she was lucky, if she is unlucky, and a lot more. You can just assume the bleed will always be the same
