Give electro shock damage

Seriously how does he not deal shock damage on any of his specials THEY ALL LITERALLY INVOVLE SHOOTING THE OPPONENT WITH ACTUAL LIGHTNING.

    they can't add every singel thing that is obvious to the character the game have to be balanced that being said some champions do need a buff/revamp electro is not one of them.

    Except giving electro shock wouldnt upset the balance at all
