Please help
Is there a phone # available for customer service that has just a little more ability to help with an issue. I created an account for my son on an iPad, now his iPad only connects to my older account. They must have been linked to same email. When contacting Help, they keep informing me the verification info is wrong. I am getting it directly from the iPad's purchase history. Considering the seriousness of account sharing, I would like to get this resolved.
