Cosmic a.g.

Just completed RTTL. Got cosmic A.G.
I have hype adn medusa at r1.
But I am saving t4cosmic cat for my 5* corvus
So i am thinking of using this A.G. on RONAN.
If i keep medusa/hype atR4 i dnt know if I could do UC EQ with them or not but Ronan can do what he does as a 2* too right? So awakening him and taking him to r4 should be better right? What do you guys think? Medusa and hype can still be pretty good without the ag right?
