    The following requirements apply
    1. Weekly donation targets must be met
    2. Active participation in every AQ, able to take map 5 on at least day 3
    3. AW participation is optional and depends on previous week's AQ contribution
    4. Must have at least 1 rare title (eg. The Uncollected)
    5. PI requirements are somewhat flexible
