Cap IW Petrify Nerf / Not Working?

Noticed that Cap IW's Petrify isn't working properly and hasn't been reversing regeneration and is acting like a heal block (outside of the Indomitable node). Anyone else notice this too?

This issue happens also with durm aq map 6 boss and other areas of the game. 3 petrify and spite still giving a lot of power of Hyperion getting power.
Any updates on it?

Where were you experiencing this and what's your mastery setup? I run 3/3 despair and so long as I have either armor break or weakness along with the petrify I've reversed healing generally with two parries. I just finished exploring UCEQ and in the fights with regen mine worked fine.

We are talking about power gain and not regen. Petrify also should reduce and stop powergain

I was also having this issue. Noticed it during the Aggression Regeneration path in UEQ.
