Aegon Act 6

Is aegon good for exploring act 6? I’m wondering because I have an AG and i don’t know if I should use it on him. I just need some more insight on him. I also have blade unduped so I don’t know if he can help more in act 6 or not. Any advice is appreciated thanks.
