Rhulk sp1 whiff

So I think this used to be a thing, then went away, and might be a thing again. I'm not sure, cuz I could just be playing badly today, but playing story quests I've completely whiffed on rhulks sp1 when chaining from a combo. Looks kind of like the last combo hit pushes the opponent too far away to make special contact. I had it come up multiple times against multiple champs.

I use Rhulk a good bit and haven't had any issues.

I have had that problem in arenas lately.
