URGENT MESSAGE FOR KABAM

My game WILL NOT START on my android device. The second loading screen just keeps on rotating and nothing happens. I have checked my internet connection and nothing is wrong on my part
Pls consider this as urgent as i have lots of things to do as well as claim my login rewards
I have faith in the people at KABAM that they will see into this and tell me as soon as possible if there is any solution
