Unpermitted access to my account!!

Hey there, I am writing this message as i am re-downloading the game in hopes that my account which was tampered with and almost everything has been sold or used can be returned back to its previous state. I took a small break from playing and did obviously not share my account details with anyone since the day i first played.

My account now has no use and I will 100% not be starting a new account so I asking if there is a way back otherwise i will lose something which i care about without being able to do anything.

Any response will be appreciated.

    I know they can't help from other's experiences but your story sounds a bit like "seller's remorse" than a hacking. They can tell if your account was hacked FYI... so might wanna be as honest as possible.

    I really hope they can tell if an account is hacked because i know for sure if i was hacked i would be trying to convince everyone but no one would believe me sounds like a scary situation to be in.

    I did take a break from the game to prevent a scenario where i would ever even consider selling 295k work of a profile! Im not so mad though since i have spent probably too much time playing HOWEVER i would like to know what exactly happened from their side before i write this off for good.

    i dont even know if you can call it hacking but maybe someone somehow pinched my password and had some fun before calling it quits

    Your best option is to open a Support Ticket. There's not much that can be done on the Forum end.

    I've heard of them restoring accounts to a certain degree. They'll give you back your top 5 champs but they'll all be rank 1 level 1. Or something like that. Cases seem to vary on whoever is helping you though. Best of luck!

    Hey Hasnandoo, I'm really sorry to hear about this! Due to the nature of what's happened to your account, your best bet is to open a ticket with our Support Team so that they can delve into it and see what can be found.

    Please make sure to include as much information as possible for them to aid in any searches they need to perform. Please also bear in mind that a promise or guarantee isn't possible, but they'll do what they can to help.

    As we aren't able to assist further with this particular issue here on our Forums, I'll be closing this thread.
