Who’s better to focus on an R4?

I have 2 champions who i want to take to R4 but I can’t decide who too take up first.
Captain sparkles is unduped
Spider Gwen is duped level 20

I have cap marvel movie as R4 4 star I love her so much she helps me get through soo many quests she is the reason why I’m about to beat 5.1
