Lagging Issues

I’ve been having these lagging issues for a while and I know I’m not the only one. But it’s seems to me like it’s getting worse. Here is a video I recorded today. The fight is Magik vs King Groot in Alliance War. Lag starts around 40 seconds and continues throughout the fight. Will this be resolved? Thanks in advance...
