2016 tech 3-4 rank up gems...Who to use on?

I got real "lucky" and pulled tech 2016 3-4 rank up gems for both ch1 and ch2 exploration of variant 3...i am willing to wait for another chance at a 5s vision aou...i just don't know if he will be available in regular crystals. if not, it seems the only champs decent enough to use them on are my civil warrior and ultron aou. i don't have any specialty champs like vision og, ultron classic and i don't think i'll wait for them anymore

Civil warrior is very tanky once you stack his armour, power control is also ok

You can do Ultron, he’s not that good anymore, but worth it. Save second for SL or Vision
