Sometimes, Ghost Rider health regeneration vanishes quickly even if opponent has not triggered any counter skills. Please look into this issue.

Not an issue. The duration depends on the number of the judgement you apply that. If you start regen as 1st/2nd judgment, it won't last long. 3 also is kind of avg duration. Get regen on 4th or 5th judgment and it will last longer
