How do I cancel my summoner sigil before the past month expires

I renewed my summoner sigil early but in light of what is going on with Cull I would like to cancel it and get a refund but there is not an option. Can someone help me get this accomplished. I currently 1 day and 21hrs before renewal begins. Thank you for help in getting this accomplished.
