Upgrades for the Uncollected

Just been brainstorming different upgrades people that have the Uncollected title could gain:

- Increased ISO-8 inventory storage.
- Increased catalyst inventory storage.
- Increased rewards from catalyst daily quests.
- Increased Potion inventory storage.
- Quest crystal gets an upgrade to the Uncollected Quest Crystal.
