Time after Time Boss Fight Repeat

Epic 3.3 Phoenix boss refuses to die. Even after KOing her twice, I’m right back to two nodes before the boss and forced to run the last fight all over again.

This is the third time for this particular fight, and the second time I’ve had this type of bug occur in the Time After Time event.

Maybe this is a real Time Paradox?

Same happened to me (once only thankfully) in the regular monthly quest. Restarting the game fixed it but I had to redo the fights once.

I managed to figure out the same solution. Restarted and KOd Phoenix for the third time, which finally stuck.
