The Need For A "Custom Champion Design" Thread

If you've ever taken a look at the "Character Wishlist 3.0" thread, you know it has devolved into a photo-spammed list of any and every Marvel character not in the game, which just simply isn't productive. While the "Champion Improvement Thread" is slightly tamer, it can't be used as an area for Summoners who want to try their hand at creating new Champions. And despite the fact that the Character Wishlist Thread does have some full-fledged designs, they are unfortunately few and far between and annoying to locate in the endless list of names. Due to these reasons, I propose the "Custom Champion Design" thread.
This thread would function similarly to the Champion Improvement Thread, but would instead be a place for people to post their new ideas, instead of reworking older Champions. Ideally, there would be some sort of semi-standard design template, but this thread would offer a place for people to be creative with their work and have a much higher chance of receiving feedback since it wouldn't be lost in the overstuffed Wishlist Thread. This specialized thread would allow people trying to reach a larger audience a designated spot to promote their work, and provide people looking to read the design descriptions a way to avoid scrolling through the endless names of the Wishlist Thread.
In its early days, the Wishlist Thread was a good spot for people to upload their Champion ideas. However, the thread has degraded into an endless photo-spam, making it nearly impossible to get custom designs to an audience. A designated thread on the Forums could fix this entire problem. I hope the mods will see this, realize and acknowledge the problems with the Wishlist Thread, and take some sort of action to allow Summoners interested in Custom Champion Design to have a spot on the Forums to share their work and get feedback on it.
