New Leader/Officer incentive

Hear me out.....Would it be possible if you guys could allow Officers to block certain alliance members from joining an AW or AQ as a penalty due to lack of communication or continuous mistakes, instead of kicking them? I believe some alliances want to build with their members instead of giving the boot every time. Let me know what you guys think!

If they constantly don't learn from their mistakes even with you talking to them multiple times, sounds like blocking them is not going to solve the problem. Besides, whether you block or not, it sounds like you will get a handicap in participation regardless, so what's the point of blocking them and not kicking them outright?

Can't you just kick them out? Or threaten to?
