How do u battle the buff and who do u use?

It says an ancestral curse reverses all healing abilities.
I've used heroes that dont heal yet I'm still losing a lot of health?
Help!

If you have willpower any debuff on your champ triggers regen which specter node reverses.
One of the easiest ways around this is to use robots if you dont want to reset your masteries since they are unaffected by willpower

As explained, Willpower is the trigger. You can reset Masteries if you want to avoid this.

Without taking that approach, Robots are good, as long as they don't regenerate (Darkhawk and Nebula do).

Shrug-off champions like Agent Venom and Kingpin can get rid of Spectre. Also, Mr Sinister can't have his healing reversed.

It’s a debuff that triggers willpower, your best options are to turn willpower off or use robots since they aren’t affected by it, I’m also not sure on the interaction but I don’t think sinister will lose health because he can’t have his healing rate reduced below 0
