I'm stuck for progression

I am looking for guidance. I have not yet completed ROL, RTTL and act 4 is 50% explored. I have limited resources and with all the new champs, I'm lost on who to rank over the rest. I also am currently out of ISO, so I'll need somewhere to grind that out. My roster looks like this, I have some new champs too, as well as 5* storm, elektra, black panther and ironman.

Dailies to get all your 4 stars to rank 3

Do basic arena for milestones only. Use your max 3 stars until 10 streak, then stick with 4 stars until end or streak ends. This is where you get iso, gold and units.

Do as much of monthly event as you can

Stay in act 4 until 100%

Stay focused. It's a game, no stress allowed
