I use a lot 4* maxed out sentinel. So yes, 5* r4 will work very well

I have an r3 5* unduped ghost and a max dupe 5.50 4* ghost, yet I still dont know how to play her style properly. Would help me a lot with korg, I hate that guy

If you intercept with a light attack he loses 2 rock stacks. So you need to be fast with
your phase intercepting

Completion I would say definitely. Exploration you could but some paths will be very costly and you be better off getting the right counters.
