Which tech to rank up

I have maxed out the number of tech t4cc i can have in my stash and will have one expiring soon, i have been saving resources for when i pull a 5* starlord so i could take him straight to r4 (i have a tech awakening gem).

I already have 4* OG vision and Howard at R5

I would rank og vision if that's who you mean by the vision. He's the best utility champ in the game

That is what i was thinking as well, i took howard to r5 for prestige many moons ago. Lesson learned - don't rank for prestige
