Best setup for Void? Despair really helps if you can’t play super aggressively and there is regen involved. I would take points from Salve into Despair tbh otherwise looks good

Resonate is great for void, the weakness debuff is another buff which causes more degen - only needs 1 point in it

A few suggestions:
1. Put 2 points from pierce to courage. (Seems already suggested)
2. 3 points from perfect block to 2 in Stand the ground (Since you need 15 in defense for Willpower) and 1 more in despair Try to max out despair for void even if that means moving 1 from Glass Cannon.

Stand your ground helps in defance, especially if you have autoblock defender - makes heavy counters unreliable. Same for maxed limber.
Don't know why you would want regen masteries if you don't run suicides, dropped it over a year ago, no regrets

For a player who has Void as a top champion, it is odd you didn't invest more in despair. I would use the points on salve for despair for max reverse regen.

Same thing with petrify: I would spend two points so every parry reduces healing by 20%. For your Blade I would spend two points on Pacify, along with Danger Sense that should reduce ability accuracy enough to shut-down everything. Very useful when fighting champions that have predictable triggers like Magik.

Myself I am not sure if I would spend points on resistance or on health, if I would spend points at all on defence. But I wouldn't waste points on perfect block nor stand your ground.
