Which 4* champs are currently not in the "normal" crystals?

Out of all the 4* champs available in the game, I'm looking for a list of who is NOT unlockable via the "normal" hero crystals. Specifically the PHC's and 4* shard crystals.

The ones I'm fairly sure on include:
Rhino, Red Cyclops, Ronan (ROL unlocked)
Unstoppable Colossus (Loyalty store & alliance crystals)
Immortal Iron Fist (max dupe crystal)
Punisher (arena crystals)
Red Deadpool (had to buy the 3* and win arena)
Thanos & Kang (no idea how to unlock)

Then the "new" champs to the game
Iceman
Punisher 2099
Stark Spidey
Vulture
Green Goblin
Doc Octopus

A few I'm not sure on are:
Anglea
Nebula
Carnage

Any others?

    Angela is already on the crystals. King Groot soon will be added too.
    3-star hulk isn't in the crystals. The 3 and 4-star OG Vision isn't there too.
    And besides that I don't remember any more champ to add here, except the exclusive 2-stars

    They sometimes sell him for a bunch of units. Total of 4k to get the 4-star

    I don't think Hulk is in the 4* crystal, but I might be wrong about that.

    I got 4* hulk from a PHC but idk if he's in the 4* crystal or not.

    Hulk is only drops as a 4 Stars not in 3 Stars Thah just wierd
