Which Mutant 4* to take to 5/50?

Ok, so I have two 4* mutants ready to go to 5/50. I'm in 5.1.3 and looking to push through to Uncollected. Both are awakened, both are 25+ sig levels. I need to know who to take up before I run through the next chapters.
