If you didn't run it a second time you still can as far as I know. Can't say for sure but I don't think they fixed anything yet. As far as the exploit, running a quest over and over and getting rewards each time is an exploit. Getting the rewards twice when there are 6 titles to acquire doesn't really make the cut.

To be fair a lot of people aren’t knowing using an exploit they were running it again to get all the titles.

Well exploit is more like you doing it over and over just to get the shard here it happens only 1 time that ain’t explolit in my point of view.

Not that simple bro, I've heard from five people including three content creators who were just rerunning it for the titles and to make youtube videos to help others complete it. If I know of five people who got the rewards a second time without malicious intent, than there is a huge amount of people in that boat.

It was made to run multiple times so you can get all the titles, it was not intended to give out the 10K shards each time.

It does suck if you held off doing the boss rush the first day to do other content and came back the second day or any after after to find out those that made the run on the first day got a second reward of 10K shards. However, it's not the fault of the people that got in the second run and they should not penalized.

(Disclaimer: I ran it on the second day so didn't get the extra 10K shards).

I ran it in the morning when it dropped and tried to run it again 10hrs later but it wasn’t on the screen. Oh well
