I did some research and characters relations to each other and I found one that fits, surprisingly well, especially to who fits in the center.
I believe the medium sized one connecting to the 3 will be Entropy, and the 3 connected characters are, Epiphany, his sister, Rick Jones, also known as A-Bomb(that's won't be confusing), and last but not Least Genis-Vel.

And that would make the middle character Galactus, who would be fitting to be connected to Entropy because as my source tells me they are relatives.

Voyager is also highly likely to be coming, along with Apoc, Klaw, Nova(more like No-duh) and Man Thing. Some possible guesses I have are Blackheart(Mephisto's son) Gwenom, Spiderman 2099, Civil War(comic) Iron Spider, and Nightmare.
