I did some research and characters relations to each other and I found one that fits, surprisingly well, especially to who fits in the center.
I believe the medium sized one connecting to the 3 will be Entropy, and the 3 connected characters are, Epiphany, his sister, Rick Jones, also known as A-Bomb(that's won't be confusing), and last but not Least Genis-Vel.

And that would make the middle character Galactus, who would be fitting to be connected to Entropy because as my source tells me they are relatives.
