Debuff not applying on domino buss with synergies

Hi guys, I’ve been stuck on the domino and I’ve been using void and using the quake and Hawkeye synergy for the 15% aa increase, but she still manages to shrug off my debuffs and parrys aren’t 100%

Some of her attacks are projectiles and can’t be parried, and if you’re unlucky debuffs can still fail
