Black ISO market timer

anybody knows what that timer at the top means? im a bit confuse here...it has 3d left whereas the limit reset is in 9d..and my sigil expires less than 2d...

just wanna make sure before i renew my sigil

Limit reset is the correct timer. Every 2 weeks.
