Wrong crystal

I had an accident when my screen flipped and I got the wrong crystal, a featured 5* 15,000 shards crystal instead of the regular 5* 10,000 shard. I have NOT opened it and came across a thread with a similar situation. My understanding was @Kabam Vydious suggesting it could be fixed through a ticket.

I missed out on the boss rush 2nd run rewards, these shards still take substantial time to earn. Can I get some help to resolve the issue with an unopened crystal. Im not trying to get anything extra, just trying to fix a mistake.

Just be sure to not open the crystal
