23 mil Plat 4, AQ Map 5&6 ally looking for Replacement

My alliance is looking for 1 (maybe open to more) strong, active replacement. We are currently plat 4 and need someone that can help us stay there or higher, and handle map 6 AQ. We’ve been placing I believe around 600-800 in AQ, and looking to improve upon that. Must be able to clear your lane in tier 5 or higher with minimal deaths. Line required, North American time zones preferred.
