LC,DE,WP,Recovery matrix calculation ?

Does anyone know how much health i will loose/gain if i will have a certain amount point in LC and DE Recovery etc? I can calculate the attack eaisly but not regen/loss.

Like if i have
Willpower (3/3), Liquid Courage (3/3), Double Edge (3/3), Recovery (3/3), Coagulate (3/3): Net health gain/loss???

Willpower (3/3), Double Edge (3/3), Recovery (3/3),

Willpower (3/3), Liquid Courage (3/3), Recovery (3/3).

Willpower (3/3), Liquid Courage (3/3), Double Edge (1/3), Recovery (3/3)
etc
Just need the matrix effective for 2019 as the mastery have changed many times.

Help is much appreciated.
P.S i have seen the matrix prepared by Ronin Nupe but that was ages ago not sure if valid now and also does not have all information.

I have LC 3/3, DE 2/3, Salve 3/3, Recovery 3/3, Willpower 3/3, Coagulate 3/3. I usually lose net 15/20 health points during DE is in effect. But when only LC or DE is in effect net loss and gain is equal.
That is with this setup, if your champ is not immune to bleed and poison both you will lose 15/20 points for the first12 sec of the fight. But if your champ has atleast one immunity you will not lose any point from suicidal.
