Will Miguel be mutant or mystic?

Only two options left for a new Spider-Man. We could argue mutant because of his intelligence.

we already have too many spider-men

so it'd be better if we see Spider-Man 2099 much later

and Miguel wasn't born with these powers so he wouldn't be a Mutant, but rather a Science champion.

He'll probably be released when the new Spiderverse movie comes out.

Only Mutant Spider-Man would be the Man-Spider.

Spider-Man can always be imbued with some kind of arcane artifact, that imbues him with the energies of magic and the knowledge of the occult. I saw this on the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon, Doctor Strange gave him the Eye of Agamotto.

I believe thats exactly the case of noir, a mystic spider totem or something like that.
