My alliance looking to merge

Right now we have about 15 out of 28 members that are very active, doing map 5 or 4 AQ and that join the war. Looking to merge with another to get a full active roster.

    I'm only the officer, my leader is on the fence. He rather someone merge into ours. His alliance is 4 yrs old.
